Release 5.125.0
Production Version 5.125.0 (1 October 2026)
What is new
Inline images and files appear exactly as in the source
Images and files shown inside descriptions and comments now appear in the copy in the same place as in the original, within one site and between two sites.
File size between two sites: about 2.5 MB (later raised)
Between two different Jira sites a file can be up to about 2.5 MB (a Forge platform limit; raised to about 3.5 MB in release 5.126.0). Larger files are not copied and the error is shown in the Troubleshooting tab together with advice. The size setting was removed from the Attachments tab; the tab now states the limit. On one site Hooq sets no limit.
Your edits on the copy are kept
A person's edit on the copy within about 2 seconds after an edit of the original is kept, and an edit right after a Resync is kept. Older text from the original no longer replaces it.
Clearing a description
If you clear the description of the original, the description of the copy is cleared too.
Quick status changes
When the original moves through several statuses in a short time, the copy ends on the final status.
Panel: Hooqed Assignee row
The Hooqed Assignee row shows Not synced when assignee sync is turned off, and Not assigned when the other work item has no assignee.
Known limitations
- Under sustained heavy load, a change can be delayed.
- A file with the same name and size sent in both directions within about 10 minutes can skip the second copy.
