How to find the copy of a work item

Goal

Find the other work item of a pair.

Before you start

• The Hooq is published and running.

Steps

1. Open the work item in Jira.

2. Find the panel Hooq - Work Sync Panel. If you do not see it, open the gear menu of the work item view and switch it on.

3. Select the link in the row Hooqed With.

Expected result

The other work item opens. The rows Hooqed With Status, Hooqed Assignee and Hooqed Reporter show its state without opening it.

Common mistakes

• Looking at a work item whose work type is not matched: its panel says This issue is not Hooqed.
• Expecting a Jira issue link: Hooq does not add one.
