Issue panel

On every work item that is part of a Hooq, the panel Hooq - Work Sync Panel shows the link to the other work item. A work item that is not part of a Hooq shows This issue is not Hooqed. If you do not see the panel, open the gear menu of the work item view and make sure the panel is switched on.

Who can use the panel

Every user who can see the work item can use the panel, not only Jira administrators: Resync, Comment and Attachment are open to them. The Hooq page itself stays for Jira administrators.

Buttons

  • Resync: sends this work item's current fields, status, comments and attachments again. It never changes the other work item's assignee or reporter.
  • Comment: sends a comment to the other work item.
  • Attachment: sends a file that is already attached to this work item to the other work item. Add the file to the work item first, then select it. Between two sites the limit of about 3.5 MB per file applies here too.
