Hooq the product uses no AI

Hooq does not use any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model at runtime. It makes no call to a large language model, to Forge LLM or Rovo features, or to any AI service, and it has no AI-based features. Hooq does not use customer data to train, fine-tune or evaluate any model, and it does not share customer data with any AI provider. If this changes, Hooq will update this policy before the change ships and will describe what data is used, where it is processed and how customers can opt out.

Customer rights
